The government does serve a purpose. It’s just to make our lives more “challenging”.

Taxes are the price we pay for living in a developed society. If you keep repeating it you may believe it. There is probably some truth to it. The government will keep investing in an infrastructure which will keep raising taxes.

The average citizen gets poorer while the politicians skim money off the top. But at least we live in a developed society with more social services.

Right? Right!

Who still thinks expanding Medicaid and Social Security into single payer is really about protecting citizens and not about giving the federal government more power?
