About Me

I was born in Dallas, Texas but spent a lot of time traveling throughout the southwest and feel more at home on the west coast.

I grew up with an interest in radio and dreamed of being a radio announcer; until I got to college and discovered I was a better writer. It is my spiritual calling even if I don’t make money doing it.

I was baptized as a Christian in Canyon lake down in New Braunfels, Texas right after the death of my maternal grandmother (who taught me about Jesus) in July 2001.

Although my basic beliefs are Judeo-Christian, I do read other scriptures from different religions, especially the Vedic scriptures which predate Jewish literature. I am also a preterist and believe that Yeshua/Jesus fulfilled the Jewish prophecies by AD 70 and the Body of Christ is the spiritual second coming that most churches claim to be waiting for.

Throughout my 20s and early 30s I experienced going bankrupt, losing parents and grandparents, a divorce and a mental breakdown which resulted in being diagnosed with bipolar disorder (common diagnosis today).

My passion for health and wellness is the result of finding the old fashioned and unconventional way of dealing with mental illness without the use of modern medicine. I have been in remission since 2011 but due to the safety risk of not taking prescribed medications, it is more or less illegal for a mentally ill person to be unmedicated. In other words no doctor will support it, except for the Great Physician.

Since 2011 I discovered blogging and spend my free time binge watching old and new TV shows on apps like Netflix, Hulu, and Tubi. I dream of being a published writer with a syndicated column and maybe write and produce a mockumentary or something like that for Netflix.

I hope you join me on this journey and share your own insights.

Thank you for visiting my blog,
