Love your tinfoil hat wearing friends

No one plans on becoming a conspiracy theorist; it just sort of happens. Chalk it up to too many years going down the rabbit hole. Most conspiracy theories do turn out to be true. Granted they may not be as bad as the conspiracy theorist made them out to be.

I saw a meme on Facebook captioned “king of the tinfoil hat club.” Another one showed someone that was so caught up in conspiracy theories that they were wrapped up in tinfoil like a mummy.

Being a conspiracy theorist comes from a combination of understanding human nature and knowing how the world works. The first step down the rabbit hole is studying psychology, with a little economics, followed by history.

I admit I’m a bit of a conspiracy theorist, but I’m one of the types that don’t see things as being as bad as most people do. The Bible says God can bring goodness out of evil. He is actually the source of evil. The inclination towards evil comes from God giving man a freewill to choose.

If you’re going to be a conspiracy theorist, at least have faith in God, along with a good sense of humor.

Daily E’ism: Someday people will appreciate their tinfoil hat wearing friends.

Expand your mind because size matters

Scientific studies show that size does matter. Either physically or in the financial sense. The bigger you are, the more attractive you are.

They say the largest sex organ is the mind. Many people feel insecure if they are anything less than well-endowed, physically or financially. If you are one of the few who feels like you lack in this area, then rock whatever you got.

All you need to be attractive is confidence. That will literally magnify you and make you look bigger in every way. Harness the power of your mind and embrace creativity.

Even if you don’t have a lot, physically or financially, you can make the most of whatever you are blessed with.

Daily E’ism: Size does matter, so just expand your mind.

God took a selfie

So many selfies on the internet today. Yet there is so little knowledge of the Self. Even God took a selfie; all you have to do is go look in the mirror.

The tree of life is resting in who you are as a child of God. Once we eat of the tree of knowledge of good and evil, we see all these things that are wrong with us. We only focus on what we lack rather than who we are.

As we progress spiritually, we don’t really change who we are. We just get restored to who we were created to be, before the world corrupted us. There really isn’t anything wrong with us.

Daily E’ism: If you want to take a look at something that is divinely inspired, just go take a look in the mirror.

Self love isn’t selfish

I began to question Paul’s advice in recent years that we should consider others better than ourselves. I met many people in psychiatric hospitals that ended up there because they tried to put others needs ahead of their own. This is how you develop codependency issues.

Jesus said to love your neighbor as yourself. You can only love God and others to the extent that you love yourself. You can’t pour from an empty cup.

Maybe it’s better to put God first and yourself second. If you love yourself, it will overflow into those around you.

For Valentines Day this next year, I am going to spend time with my valentine; me, myself, and I.

The wealthy place

Psalm 66:12. . .”You made men ride over our heads; We went through fire and through water, yet you brought us out into a place of abundance.
Every christian has a God-given dream to pursue in their life. God will only reveal it to you when you surrender your life completely to Him. Because of our human nature God has to take us through many trials before we arrive at the place where we’re totally surrendered to His Will for our lives, but once you get there you receive the vision of what you’re being called to do with your life.

I hear people ask why it seems God’s people seem to have a harder time in life. Because you only come to know God when you diligently seek Him , then He reveals Himself to you through our Lord & Saviour Jesus Christ, and when you seek God you become a threat to Satan so the evil one does everything he can to take you down before you give your heart to God.

The christian life isn’t easy, but the only way to have true peace in it is to surrender your life to the Lord and let Him live through you. So, one final thought in closing-sometimes you have to be totally bankrupt in life to realize how rich you are. This is especially true if you have true riches-a personal relationship with God through Christ.
