One question
that I have to ask before I begin this blog post: When did all of the Mafia
dons start becoming United States Presidents?
For the last
30 years, we have heard of the infamous “trickle-down economics” that was
proposed by former President Ronald Regean. What exactly is this wealth that is
supposedly trickling down? Do we
actually believe that the ruling class worked hard all of their lives and they
were giving back to their community by creating jobs?
And all this
time I thought I was slow.
For one the Elite own the banking system and live off the profits from the wealth that we create. Secondly the whole system could be laundering money from racketeering in Mafia activities by investing it in the stock market.
I did see an example of this in the hit AMC show Breaking Bad. Gus laundered his money into his chicken restaurant and Walter White later laundered his into a car wash he used to work at part-time. Now I even wonder if some of those small business I like to shop from are investing money from selling drugs or prostitutes.
But no one
is going to question this as long as they are getting paid for their “honest
work”. Hell, I don’t even question it. It’s not so much my responsibility what
they did with the money. I am only responsible for what I do with the money
that I earn from work.
It even says
in the New Testament “to the pure all
things are pure.” It is our motivation as to what we are working for and
what we do with our money that purifies anything that we do. If our motivation
is to love and serve humanity, then everything that we do is purified.
All the talk lately about Elon Musk trying to buy Twitter for $44 million. First off, I need to stop calling Musk “Tesla”. He may be a smart man but he’s probably no Nikola Tesla. Although he is probably richer than Tesla ever was. Awhile back I was reading something about Elon appearing as a guest on Joe Rogan’s podcast and the two smoked a joint together. Now the genius at Tesla, Inc. is fighting to defend himself that he is not a drug addict.
Come on, everyone is doing it, so they say. Over half of western civilization is addicted to drugs; they just don’t realize it because they have to get a prescription to pay for it. Even caffeine is a drug addiction. I have to wrap this up so I can go get my fix.
Speaking of Nikola Tesla, I read that in addition to dying broke because he spent all of his money on his inventions, he spent much of it staying at the Waldorf Astoria or something like that. His favorite past time was feeding the pigeons and he even claimed to fall in love with one.
I think I may rent a Tesla someday. The $75,000 car is only 20-30k used. I saw it in one of the rental car apps for only $100 per day. Take a road trip in style.
Proverbs 22:29. . .”Do you see truly competent workers; they will serve kings rather than ordinary people.” (NLT)
Have you ever heard of the 80/20 rule? In the world of work, it basically says 80% of the work is performed by 20% of the people. From my experience in work, if you are in the top 20% you will know it. The same goes for the way society is structured. Everyone has no doubt heard of the 1%; these are the elitists who own everything, or the Aristocracy/ruling class. They own the corporations and control the money supply. The middle class are the top 20% who earn 80% of all the money and wealth created. This means only 20% of the money is to be fought over by 80% of society. Sounds kind of brutal, doesn’t it?
On a somewhat positive, yet dismal note, this just means that companies could lay-off up to 80% of the workforce and you probably wouldn’t notice much of a difference. Except for the 80% of people who are now unemployed. This can be turned into a positive too most of these people figure out a way to become self-employed. This explains what has been happening since the 1990’s when the United States economy peaked and Corporate America has been declining ever since.
Believe it or not, you can get an idea of how the world works just by reading the Bible. Keep in mind that just because something is biblical doesn’t mean it’s godly; for example, killing people in the name of God or dashing baby’s heads against rocks (every Atheists favorite argument against the God of the Bible).
Today’s devotional says that a man who is skilled in his work will serve the interests of kings and not ordinary people. Although it may be more godly to serve the ordinary (blue collar) people, you won’t make much more than poverty wages in doing so. A man who rises above this stature in life will likely serve the public interest, namely the government or corporations.
Don’t focus on who you’re actually serving, focus more on being yourself and creating something of value and you will attract people who truly value your work. Be the best you can be and you will probably be discovered by some corporation (today’s kings). If you reach a level of spiritual growth where you are truly content serving the common man, then you are already rich by biblical standards. All of your needs will be met in some form or another, even if you don’t get rich by the standards of the world.
I am sure people are tired of hearing about the New World Order by now. It was a conspiracy theory until 2020 when it became a reality with the Coronavirus pandemic. I almost accidentally said plandemic there. What exactly is the New World Order that we have heard so much about for decades?
The Plan
I read or heard something on the website of the London School of Economics about the government’s plan for a welfare state. The plan included a moneyless society in which people would work for welfare benefits instead of for money. Whenever you were promoted in the workplace, you would just move up to a higher level of welfare benefits. Sounds great when you understand that money is debt and economic growth usually means more debt. Until you realize that it gives too much power to the government. In history that has never ended well.
Another future goal was that corporations would generate all the wealth that society needed through an automated workforce. The government would distribute the gains to the public via a Universal Basic Income. Again, it sounds great on paper, until you see through it and see what it leads to.
We already have a basic income now; it is called Social Security. The reason it is the most successful government program is because it works for who it is designed to work for, senior citizens who put in their 40-50 years in the workforce. Now everyone wants to get in on it because no one wants to work anymore. Talk about a moral decline. Why work when the government promises to take care of you. Ask a Native American Indian how prosperity works when the government promises to take care of you.
Anyone can get a base income these days through Social Security Disability. There is a list of illnesses that qualify for the monthly payments. Fortunately, the government is conservative, or neoliberal, enough that they make it hard for people to access these; we think we pay a lot of taxes now. Talk about the new American Dream in the USSA; everyone gets a check from the government and section 8 housing where they only have to pay 1/3 of it towards rent. And over time, fewer and fewer people work for the benefit of the many who are living off the government. Anybody with a moral foundation can see the problem here.
Sounds good to the uneducated masses who don’t understand how the world works. Sounds like a dystopian nightmare to those who do. So how do we escape this nightmare before it becomes reality, or gets worse?
The Solution
I have seen a lot of new businesses opening up everywhere I visit in recent decades. Most people are so focuses on the public sector with government and corporations that they don’t even notice. They say the Coronavirus pandemic shut a lot of businesses down in the last couple years, but I still see a lot of businesses that either stayed open or even opening. Many of them are using technology to supplement their income; i.e., food delivery apps instead of having to come into the store.
The future of jobs may be bleak after being dependent on Corporate America to create jobs the last few decades. The jobs of the future will be created by the citizens through entrepreneurship. You may have to create your own job. This is empowering, which is another reason people fear the future.
The Problem
I actually understand the phrase “capitalism is saving the world” now. If it hadn’t been for the love of money, we would still be on lockdown in much of the western world. Liberals, anti-capitalists, and socialists think we are just heartless and greedy because they are focused on the virus and don’t follow what is going on behind the scenes.
I noticed from talking to various small business owners, and reading, that you have to have anywhere from a quarter to half a million dollars upfront to launch even the smallest of businesses. This is because Corporate America and the government are rigging the economy against small business because it takes away from their power. The whole Coronavirus pandemic boils down to a war on small business, which is the backbone of America and any country.
Since people are leaving Corporate America in droves and becoming independent, the former is spending less on jobs and investing more in real estate; i.e.; buying up land and building luxury apartments and houses. This is nothing more than an attempt to keep us enslaved to their system making things cost me. Maybe they hope we will go out of business and return to the Corporate world,or live off whatever benefit the government has for us.
The solution is just to go with God and trust the Divine plan. Pray for smaller businesses to grow and flourish. This is a much bigger plan than just making money. Money is nothing than a made-up tool used to value assets and liabilities
One of my Daily E’isms (one liners) is that every time I think about finishing that last half of an undergraduate degree, I have this fear that it will get in the way of my real education (self-education).
It seems as if we are spending more time in school, and for every year we have to spend in school, it takes twice that to unlearn everything in the real world. That is if we can even function in the real world with all of that useless knowledge crammed into our heads most of our lives.
It has been said that the purpose of education is to teach people how to think and not what to think. The problem here is that no one can teach us how to think. We have to do that for ourselves. Any attempt to do so ends up being indoctrination, or teaching us what to think.
State schools try to promote democracy; it is absolutely amazing how good this system looks good on paper. But all it’s done is show us how nothing man creates works the way it is supposed to and everything gets corrupted.
The only thing Democracy accomplishes is making us lose faith in humanity. People that believe in this don’t understand how the world works. And once you learn this, it doesn’t make a difference if you try to start a revolution. American colonials succeeded at this because the elite let us. Within a century everything that we ran from caught up to us.
At least realizing how corrupt the world is has confirmed my convictions that there must be a Supreme being out there and something more to this life. Maybe it just exists on a higher realm that the naked eye can’t see, but has to be spiritually discerned.
Jewish Zionism and Evangelical Christianity, with the latter’s second coming belief, are only political systems trying to build a man made kingdom that is destined to fail.
In the words of Jesus, don’t look for the Kingdom here or there, it is within. Everyone looks for an escape from reality but on one wants to take the journey within.
