The System is designed to control people who can’t think for themselves

One of my Daily E’isms (one liners) is that every time I think about finishing that last half of an undergraduate degree, I have this fear that it will get in the way of my real education (self-education).

It seems as if we are spending more time in school, and for every year we have to spend in school, it takes twice that to unlearn everything in the real world. That is if we can even function in the real world with all of that useless knowledge crammed into our heads most of our lives.

It has been said that the purpose of education is to teach people how to think and not what to think. The problem here is that no one can teach us how to think. We have to do that for ourselves. Any attempt to do so ends up being indoctrination, or teaching us what to think.

State schools try to promote democracy; it is absolutely amazing how good this system looks good on paper. But all it’s done is show us how nothing man creates works the way it is supposed to and everything gets corrupted.

The only thing Democracy accomplishes is making us lose faith in humanity. People that believe in this don’t understand how the world works. And once you learn this, it doesn’t make a difference if you try to start a revolution. American colonials succeeded at this because the elite let us. Within a century everything that we ran from caught up to us.

At least realizing how corrupt the world is has confirmed my convictions that there must be a Supreme being out there and something more to this life. Maybe it just exists on a higher realm that the naked eye can’t see, but has to be spiritually discerned.

Jewish Zionism and Evangelical Christianity, with the latter’s second coming belief, are only political systems trying to build a man made kingdom that is destined to fail.

In the words of Jesus, don’t look for the Kingdom here or there, it is within. Everyone looks for an escape from reality but on one wants to take the journey within.

Serfs up dudes

Perhaps the scariest thing to hear at your job is:

“We just got bought out. We don’t know who they are aside from being an “investment” group.

“Investment” group. This could be code for the Mob laundering their proceeds from organized crime into Wall Street. Of course they pay us so well that we would never ever question it. Especially with the “benefits”.

You ever wonder what happened to the Mafia? I can’t help but wonder if Al Capone were here today that he would probably be CEO of a pharmaceutical company.

The second scariest thing I ever heard at work was to expect a visit from 50 Chinese businessmen. These businessmen will be arriving in two buses. I’ve seen how big Chinese people are and wondering why it involves two buses. This isn’t exactly what I meant by power going back to the little man.

Lastly, I keep seeing “LLC” on a bunch of small businesses and trucking companies. Usually denotes an investment group. Lately I can’t help wonder if LLC is code for government.

Either way it’s a futile system. I mean feudal.

Some McD’s humor

I saw something once that a MacDonald’s in Germany actually sold alcohol. Talk about a happy meal. Or a happy hour meal.

I confess I still eat at McD’s on occasion. If I’m passing one and I’m hungry enough.

I actually like their coffee. Especially when I can get a large for $1 and free refills. Can’t wait for the senior discount. By then it will be $1 with the discount.

All things in moderation, right. Right?

I wouldn’t recommend going to McD’s after eating at the local farmer’s market though. That’s like a clash of cultures in your stomach.

Can you imagine McD’s ever going green? Talk about a vegan big mac.

Newest in cashiers

Everyone is freaking out about self checkouts, afraid it will kill jobs. Some people actually like using them. I don’t think as many people complained about having to bag their own groceries before. Of course now I’m wondering if we will have to stock our own groceries in the future.

I spent most of my life in tbe grocery business. They are always shorthanded anyway. Even if they use less cashiers, there is still enough work around the store.

Plus as corporate America declines, there are more smaller businesses cropping up that are looking for cashiers that either can’t afford self checkout machines or value people enough. Without bigger businesses, smaller businesses stand more of a chance.

This picture was taken at a McDonald’s in Fort Worth, Texas. The manager said all four cost about $67,000 and will likely last a few years. The store itself still has one or two cashiers to serve the customers who don’t want to use the self checkouts. The store was not even shorthanded. They were mostly working in the back preparing the food. The location itself was actually hiring.

I think one of the new cashiers actually made a pass at me.

Ever wonder what happened to the Mafia?

One question that I have to ask before I begin this blog post: When did all of the Mafia dons start becoming United States Presidents?

For the last 30 years, we have heard of the infamous “trickle-down economics” that was proposed by former President Ronald Regean. What exactly is this wealth that is supposedly trickling down?  Do we actually believe that the ruling class worked hard all of their lives and they were giving back to their community by creating jobs?

And all this time I thought I was slow.

For one the Elite own the banking system and live off the profits from the wealth that we create. Secondly the whole system could be laundering money from racketeering in Mafia activities by investing it in the stock market.

I did see an example of this in the hit AMC show Breaking Bad. Gus laundered his money into his chicken restaurant and Walter White later laundered his into a car wash he used to work at part-time. Now I even wonder if some of those small business I like to shop from are investing money from selling drugs or prostitutes.

But no one is going to question this as long as they are getting paid for their “honest work”. Hell, I don’t even question it. It’s not so much my responsibility what they did with the money. I am only responsible for what I do with the money that I earn from work.

It even says in the New Testament “to the pure all things are pure.” It is our motivation as to what we are working for and what we do with our money that purifies anything that we do. If our motivation is to love and serve humanity, then everything that we do is purified.
